Cemflow Renovation - FIBRE REINFORCED BASE SCREED

Cemflow Renovation is a fibre reinforced, self-smoothing screed designed to level existing floor finishes prior to the application of floor coverings or a wearing screed.

Cemflow Renovation can be used to minimise the thickness of a screed system, with the potential to be applied between 5-50mm. Cemflow Renovation has a typical drying time of 24 hours before floor coverings can be installed.

Cemflow Renovation can be applied onto concrete floors, screeds, terrazzo, tiles, plywood, timber and certain rigid insulation boards.

Usage

Cemflow Renovation is supplied as a pre-blended dry powder designed for application between 5 and 50 mm in one application, to provide a sound base.

Cemflow Renovation is self - smoothing, dimensionally stable and fast drying. It is suitable for use in a wide range of industrial environments such as warehouses, food processing plants etc.

Typically Cemflow Renovation can be pumped up to 1000 m² per day, alternatively a coverage of 400 m² can be achieved when hand applied, dependent upon manpower, thickness applied and equipment used.

Cemflow Renovation is not designed as a wearing surface and should be covered with finished floor coverings, e.g vinyl laminate, tiles and carpets, etc.
