WP50 Sausages

Applied using a bulk gun, WP50 adhesive is designed for use with Woodpecker’s Acoustamat underlay to form a liquid batten system. The adhesive remains permanently flexible once cured, allowing for the expansion and contraction of wood boards between seasons.

WP50 is suitable on porous and non-porous surfaces such as Sand, Cement, concrete, and wood. It is quick-setting to develop a high bond strength and protected against bio-degradation.

I N S TA L L AT I O N DATA
(based on optimum conditions of 21°C air temperature and 50% RH air humidity):
• Underfloor Heating must be switched off for a minimum of 48 hours before use.
• Acclimatise cold adhesive to room temperature before use.
• Working open time approx. 30 minutes.
• Wait 24 hours before allowing foot traffic.

CONSUMPTION:
1.0 – 1.2kg/m² consumption depending on the notched trowel used. We recommend a 3 – 4.8mm notch (depending on the condition of the subfloor).
