Sopro AHK 560 - Calcium Sulphate Substrate Tile Adhesive

A flexible, cementitious thin-bed adhesive, meeting C1 TE requirements to EN 12004. Particularly suitable for installation of ceramic tiles and fully vitrified stoneware (up to 400 x 400 mm) on calcium sulphate-based substrates e.g. calcium sulphate-based (anhydrite and alpha hemihydrate) screeds and gypsum plasterwork. Tiles may be laid on unheated calcium sulphate-based screeds with a residual moisture ? 1.0 % CM. Reliable adhesion without ettringite formation and resistant to moisture migration from substrate. Also suitable for use on mineral substrates and in conjunction with under floor heating. 100% compatibility with Calcium Sulphate Screeds Reliable adhesion without ettringite formation C1: tensile adhesion strength ? 0.5 N/mm2 T: thixotropic high sag resistance E: extended open time ? 30 minutes Resistant to moisture migration from CA substrates Low-chromate to Regulation 1907/2006/EC, Annex XVII Can be used on ? 1.0 % CM CA un-heated Suitable for underfloor and undertile heating
