The ever increasing pressure on costs and the stringent enforcement of Health & Safety legislation has led to the requirement for high performance “peel clean” film systems. TFS offers the perfect solution with a peel off floor film that withstands temporary exposure to the weather during the construction process. The tough waterproof Protective Film is factory applied, UV resistant and has excellent anti-slip properties, providing a safe working platform. When correctly installed, Peel Clean Floor System can remain exposed to the elements for a minimum of 42 days, as certified by the British Board of Agrément (BBA).
TFS Peel Clean Floor System is specifically designed to be robust to withstand intensive site traffic. This offers protection against site spoil during the build phase. When the building becomes weathertight, the film carries on providing protection until all electrical, plumbing and decorating trades have finished. The peel clean film is easy to brush clean and peel away leaving a pristine, clean floor ready for hand over. This delivers significant benefits over other ‘protection systems’, saving on expensive clean up costs and eliminating the unsightly adhesive marks associated with non-peelable systems, which may delay handover.
