Raised Loft Floor (BBA approved)

LoftZone provides a safe access platform, or storage deck, in the loft whilst protecting up to 350mm of insulation. It is the only product approved for this purpose by the BBA, and it is superior to raising the deck with Timber as it does not introduce the cold bridge paths and the resulting psi value SAP correction, required under Part L1A of the building regulations. Moreover, it's faster and easier than any other method of installing a deck above deep loft insulation.
Suitable for retrofit, new build or re-roofing projects
The only way to meet Part L in the loft and a new, safer, way to meet Working at Height Regulations
Protects insulation and maintains U-values. Squashing the insulation doubles the U-value and the heat lost.
