Hart supplies a wide variety of specification options for its range of fire resistant roller shutters and steel doors with fire ratings that range from thirty minute up to four hour fire protection. Our fire shutters are LPCB (UK) certified, UL (USA) approved and installed by our own fully trained engineers. There are a choice of operation and finishes available with all of these products.

Hart manufacture a range of fire resistant shutters, rated from 30 minutes up to 240 minutes fire resistance, non insulated, specifically manufactured to customer dimensions and specification. The preparation of the supporting structure of the fire resistant shutters has to be constructed to a strict set of rules as detailed in our data sheet 600 series and in our installation guide.

Harts range of fire rated servery shutters can be specified to suit all types of servery and kitchen hatch openings. Fire ratings range from 30 minutes up to 4 hours. All materials can be powder coated in any RAL colour to suit the individual counter type and automatic activation in a fire situation can be via fusible link or fire alarm activated. Optional ATEX compliance is available. Manufactured to resist fire from 30 minutes to 4 hours this shutter has insulated twin steel skins with fire resistant fire blanket insulation retained within. This will provide insulation for a limited time to allow for escape. Available in powdercoat or plastisol finish to all parts in choice of colours. This revolutionary version of the well-known Speedor range of high speed doors has been developed to include fire resistance/smoke proofing. Developed initially for the Terminal 5 Heathrow building, this product is ideally suited to conveyor applications where extreme usage and reliability are key.This door is capable of connecting to intricate signalling systems so that seamless operation of the door is always achieved together with a level of protection via built in safety features.
