VR4K Series Speaker Modules

The VX2200 functional VR4K series speaker modules use the same die-cast frames as the 4000 series range but incorporate a 12 gauge stainless steel face plate for the individual modules These are attached to the frames to form an extremely strong panel assembly for use in harsher environments.

The speaker module is also available with a nameplate window (VR4KAM2W-1NP), benefiting from the same 12 gauge stainless steel fascia. The nameplate inserts can be changed from within the panel retaining the vandal resistance required. The windows are also moulded from polycarbonate to withstand high impact.

The modules have call progress LED's for SPEAK , BUSY and DOOR OPEN along with distinct audio reassurance tones to assist the visitor. Buttons are IP68 rated with the option of a yellow bezel (suffix /Y) offering a high contrast to the fascia and is compliant with DDA requirements. All face plates are deep engraved with 6mm in-filled black characters to identify each button.

All speakers have mylar cones to further protect against the effects of moisture. Full control of volume levels to the amplifier and the telephones can be adjusted independently at the speaker module, as can additional features including speech time, lock release time, reassurance volume controls and device ID set up (ID 1-8).
