The PVC profiles are reinforced with aluminum and filled inside with insulation, so we can guarantee stability and resistance to moisture - without care and maintenance. The PVC profiles are also insulated to prevent condensation and to provide the best thermal properties window: In winter, the heat stays in the house, in the summer, the rooms do not heat up too much on. Due to the special design, it is possible that our roof window can flow about 10% more daylight in the room than comparable products from other manufacturers (no large ventilation flaps or reduce the Glass surface).

Polar Plus
Besides all the advantages of the PVC roof window abi]ove,  this window has a ventilation flap on top of the sash. This allows the passive ventilation function. Thus, a ventilation of the flat / house is also possible, if it you are not at home. Your window remains closed, unlocked and your apartment / house is ventilated. Of course, you can close this valve to prevent unwanted cooling of the rooms for example at night.
The fact that flats / houses are now insulated better and better, mold can be a big problem, mainly where the wet room areas like the kitchen or bathroom, where most PVC roof windows are installed. By regular or passive ventilation the mold growth can be minimised. The ventilation flap allows a 22 m3 / h air exchange (this corresponds to the airing of a small room within one hour).
