The ESCA collection is a range of centre pivot / top pivot hybrid windows. With its 3/4 opening fixture, it allows uninhibited views of the exterior and easy escape in the event of an emergency. Once the two gas springs are activated by opening the handle they keep the sash open. The ESCA range is equipped with ventilation valve that provides optimal background passive ventilation without opening the window.

ESCA 510: 4-16-4H white painted with double glazing with argon gas, low E coating and toughened outer pane
ESCA 700: 4-16-4H, double glazing with argon gas, low E coating and toughened outer pane
