The Solstro Pine Pivot is a centre-pivot roof window which streamlines low into the roof line. The roof window is double glazed with a laminated external pane - top security against burglary, is strong in any weather conditions, has great insulation values and is of very stable construction.
Ecologically friendly preservation - the roof window has been lacquered with a water-basis lacquer (less environmental issues) for long-lasting protection. Approximately 40% of the heat-loss in homes is because doors and windows don't insulate well or aren't insulated well enough. The Solstro Products have an air permeability of Class 4 (the best insulation-value on the market today) - so they ensure you make real savings on the energy costs.

Pine pivot plus
Besides all the advantages of a pine pivot roof windows, this window has a ventilation flap on top of the wing. This ensures the passive ventilation function. Thus, a ventilation of the flat / house is also possible, if it you are not at home. Your window remains closed, unlocked and your apartment / house is ventilated. Of course, you can close this valve to prevent unwanted cooling of the rooms for example at night.
