Plastic Flat Washers (DIN 433)

Plastic Flat Washers, often referred to as Plain Washers to DIN 433 standard or ISO 7092, are primarily used as a spacer to distribute loads evenly across a large surface area.
Positioned between the fastener component and target surface, they are suitable for use with moving parts and are ideal as insulators, cushioning washers, or as part of an assembly to ensure a tight fit.
Typically used with cheese head screws such as Plastic Slotted Cheese Screws (DIN 84), they are compatible with any matching cylindrical bolt or screw and can be found across a range of industries e.g. Construction and Engineering.
Utilised in domestic electrical appliances requiring non-conductivity such as washing machines or tumble dryers, these Plastic Flat Washers to DIN 433 or ISO 7092 are removable and reusable, ideal for situations where some maintenance may be required.
Manufactured from Nylon 66 (PA 66) as standard a versatile material that is widely adopted, offering good weather resistance and high mechanical strength.
Available as standard for thread sizes M2 to M20, with other sizes available on request. Minimum order quantities apply.
Nylon Flat Washers are supplied in a White (natural) or Black finish as standard, but can be dyed to colour match the specific application or assembly.
Non-standard sizes, materials and colours are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.
