Plastic Flat Penny Washers (DIN 9021)

Plastic Flat Penny Washers, to DIN 9031 or ISO 7093, are one of the most recognised and adopted forms of washer on the market.
Often known as Fender Washers or Repair Washers, they host a large outside diameter compared to other types. This provides an increased bearing surface to distribute loads evenly, helping to prevent abrasion and distortion of the installation surface.
Suitable for use with any matching screw or bolt and typically used to make a connection with a worn or rusted hole, but can also function as spacers and cushioning washers within an assembly.
Often utilised within applications to prevent friction or where shocks and vibrations may cause damage to components.
Manufactured from Nylon 66 (PA 66) as standard. This provides a strong, lightweight washer that features good corrosion and chemical resistance.
Supplied in a White (natural) colour as standard these can be dyed on request to best suit the intended application or assembly.
For thread sizes M2.5 to M20, with other sizes available to order minimum order quantities apply.
