Supply and install an ES1003 SAP Q Eligible fan as supplied by Vectaire Ltd, Lincoln Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP12 3RH. The fan is to combine the latest technology with energy saving efficiency and be a quiet running 3 speed fan, designed to run continuously at a pre-selectable choice of 2 lower speeds (fixed at installation). The user should be able to boost the fan speed to maximum performance by means of a remote switch, light switch, PIR sensor or humidistat. The fan must be suitable for use in all domestic wet rooms. The fan should be factory set at Speed 1 (11 l/sec for bathroom operation) and be easily adjusted by means of a jumper switch to Speed 2 (14 l/sec for kitchens). The fan should be constructed using recyclable and/or reusable materials for minimum ecological impact with an aerodynamic profile. Fan casings to be from shockproof, high quality technopolymer and the motors have a 40,000 hour life. It should be easy to install in wall or ceiling with only three fixing points. The fan should comply with all current IEE, EC and Building Regulations requirements, be CE marked and be protected to IPX4.
