An extractor fan should maintain ventilation relieving your bathroom or kitchen from moisture to prevent damp and mould. Extractor fans are mainly installed in kitchens and utility rooms to control humidity and remove steam and grease from food reducing the need to wash Walls.
Extractor fans can also be used to control and remove heat in Conservatories in hot climates. As the heat rises and circles the extractor fan removes it creating a constant flow of cool air.
