INTEGRA AC4000 Series Riser Door 44dB, 2hr fire rated

The INTEGRA AC4000 Series riser door is a 2 hour fire rated wall panel with double level acoustic gasket, acoustic steel door upgrade with an additional door panel offering a 44dB RW rating.  The standard version of the product is acoustically shielded to provide up to 35dB RW rating.

The INTEGRA AC4000 Series riser door is supplied with the innovative, patented PRECISION adjustable frame as standard. During installation, the frame will extend to the full size of the structural opening.  The PRECISION adjustable frame eliminates the requirement for packers and factory applied intumescent strips to outer frame remove the need for additional intumescent mastic. This results in a  safer, faster and simpler installation process.

The INTEGRA AC4000 Series is bi-directionally tested for fire integrity from both sides up to 120 minutes. It has been designed to not impair the fire resistance performance of the fire rated wall it is installed in. All 4000 SERIES FIRE RATED structural components and fixing methods are non-combustible.

The CERTIFIRE third party accreditation scheme ensures correct manufacturing processes are adhered to and gives assurance of performance, quality, reliability and traceability.

The product is available with a variety of lock options, finishes and door configurations including single, double and multi door options. 

COMPOSITION & MANUFACTURE

A precision welded, strong metal frame holds a flush metal door through a concealed pivot hinge (or a series of fully adjustable concealed hinges for the 170 degree opening product). Actual construction varies dependant upon size and fire performance requirements. The door is held closed with a choice of locking systems and opens outwards towards the user. Doors are removable if damage occurs or during installation. Panels with simulated drywall beaded frames (BF) or deep plaster (DPF) or Dutch folded frame (DFF) are jointed/plastered over on site and finished to match the colour/texture of the adjacent surface.  Retrofitted panels have a picture frame surround (PF) and are factory finished in powder coat semigloss white paint. A constant 3mm gap is maintained between the door and frame by the dome location system.
