Fire Rated Access Panels for Plastering into Walls or Ceilings

Our high quality 1-Hour Fire Rated Beaded Frame Access Panels are designed for Plasterboard Drywall and Ceiling use inside buildings.
The 25mm beaded frame is plastered into the surrounding wall or ceiling, giving a flush finish when fitted.

Fire Rated Access Panel lock options

As standard these panels are supplied with a twist style lock, operated with a square ended black plastic key.
Tamper Proof locks are also available as an option, please allow an extra day for delivery when using this choice.

Quality Accreditation

Every access panel in this range complies with B.S.476: Part 22:1987 and is tested to give a minimum fire rating of 60 minutes. In addition to this our picture frame access panels meet Part J of the Building Regulations relating to inspection hatches for concealed flues in voids.

Sizes Available

We stock 9 standard sizes of Fire Rated Beaded Frame Access Panels. We can also make Fire Rated Access Panels to any bespoke size.
Our Standard sizes are: 150x150mm 200x200mm 300x300mm 350x350mm 450x450mm 550x550mm 600x600mm 900x600mm (hinged long side) 1200x600mm.

Size guide: Add 5mm to the panel size for fitting. e.g. 150x150mm panel fits a 155x155mm opening.
