Perma-Seal 20 Floor Membrane 40m²

Perma-Seal 20 Floor membrane is designed mainly for use as a floor cavity drainage membrane. It has a 20mm stud profile giving a high drainage flow rate of 36,000 litres per hour for each square metre of membrane. It can also be used as a high performance drainage membrane solution for Walls or vaulted soffits where extremely high levels of water ingress are a problem.

P-Seal 20 Floor is guaranteed against deterioration for 30 years and has a life expectancy of at least 50 years (DIN: 9001:2000). It is an inert product with high pressure stability. It is highly resistant to water, alkalis, saline solutions and organic acids and is not affected by minerals. It is also resistant to bacteria, fungi and other small organisms.



Our innovative Perma-Seal Quick Plug is used when fitting Perma-Seal 20 to the wall and if a below ground waterproofing system is being installed then it should be used with our Drainage Channel, Floordrain or Aquaduct perimeter drainage systems.
