A single purpose mortar designed specifically for the Trad-Dash render top coat finishes and only suitable for masonry and walls conforming to BS 5628-3, exposed locations such as external walls, parapet walls, balconies etc. and constructed from the following:
PAREX grey weather resistant base coats, e.g. Parmurex or Tradirex.
Due to its higher density, this product is not suitable for aircrete lightweight blocks,clinker breeze blocks, expanded clay insulation blocks or other lightweight substrates and all hydraulic renders with a hardened density below 16kg/kgm3 (can't type in the correct cube). This generally applies to lime based renders but if unsure please contact Parex.
