Rendabrick Brick Effect

OVERVIEW

A durable, lightweight render finish with increased bond strength over Sand and Cement
Resistant to cracking and crazing and fully weather resistant whilst remaining vapour permeable
Highly resistant to impact damage
Class 0 surface spread of flame

APPLICATIONS

Rendabrick is used to simulate the appearance of brickwork and is also used to create new effects and details with a choice of base coat and brick colours
Rendabrick is suitable for application to most substrates and can be used as a finish coat over M.R. S3 polymer dubbing render to brick and blockwork
In addition to direct application to solid Walls, Rendabrick can be used as the facing for Alumasc’s external wall Insulation Systems (fully compatible with Alumasc’s Swisslab and Swisspan EWI systems)

COLOUR OPTIONS

The Rendabrick topcoat is available in Terracotta Red and Buff, with 2 base coat colour options
Additional colours available subject to price increase and minimum order quantity

INSTALLATION

Installed by a national network of Alumasc registered specialist contractors
Rendabrick base coat is trowel applied
Prior to initial set, a topcoat of coloured render is applied and textured to give the desired finish
The topcoat is then carefully set out, marked and cut back, using a specially designed cutting tool, to give a truly realistic brick pattern
