Monogris E

A weather resistant polymer modified substrate preparation and finishing coat render designed for use on multiple masonry substrates or when applying as a base coat onto damp substrates. MONOGRIS E is also suitable for receiving a range of PAREX top coat finishes.
A high performance polymer modified, weather resistant, grey base coat and finishing render for vertical external and internal walls.


MONOGRIS E is suitable for machine spraying or hand application and can be finished in a smooth sponged or float fine down finish and left in its natural self-finish condition, which can be painted or is suitable to receive one of our PAREXDIRECT range of DPR SAND COARSE & SAND FINE and REVLANE+ TALOCHE GROS & TALOCHE FIN acrylic coatings or our SKALCEM 100 mineral based coating.


MONOGRIS E is suitable for rendering onto a range of masonry substrates, for equalising suction on mixed substrates, wet substrate and as a bonding base coat on to high or low suction substrates;
