Liquid Vapour Membrane

Waterproofing membrane suitable for application by brush, roller or spray.
A styrene butadiene based single pack general purpose high performance waterproofing system supplied as a black or white membrane coating. The membrane is flexible and elastic, resistant to light abrasion and UV light. Liquid Vapour Membrane is water based and safe to apply onto damp substrates by brush, roller or spray. Membranes are typically touch dry in one hour.
Its many uses include under self smoothing floors or thin section floor screeds where the original membrane has been punctured, waterproofing for basement floors below ground level and waterproofing or tanking to walls either alone or as part of a multilayer system.
For roofs, LVM will act as the principal waterproofing system or as part of a repair system. It can also be used under tiled areas as a secondary protection for wet areas, for silage and sewage tanks, to protect against carbon dioxide and methane penetration.
In conjunction with PAREX SBR Friction Coat, LVM can be used to produce a waterproof abrasion resistant surface for car park decks.
