Tiledor (Budget)

This is our budget range of access panels suitable for tiling on to. The maximum tile depth and adhesive or this panel is 10mm. The panel has a 55mm deep frame and is non-fire rated; it is fitted with moisture resistant board and is supplied with a beaded frame (which allows tiles to bond to). This access panel has a simple hinge system with two pin and bracket locations built into the frame, this allows the door to be fully removable when required. The panel is fitted with a budget lock or touch catch as standard (please specify when placing an order) but other locking options are available. The Tiledor (Budget) is supplied as standard with a budget lock or touch catch and is also available with a 5mm bit (tamperproof) insert castellated lock for anti-tamper or a standard key lock.

Tiledor (Hinged)

This is our range of access panels suitable for tiling on to the panel has an 80mm deep frame and is non-fire rated; it is fitted with moisture resistant board and is supplied with a beaded frame (which allows tiles to bond to). The maximum tile depth and adhesive for this panel is 20mm.The access panel has a sliding bolt pin hinge which allows the door to be fully removable when required. The panel is fitted with a budget lock or touch catch as standard (please specify when placing an order) but other locking options are available. The hinged Tiledor is supplied as standard with a budget lock or touch catch and is also available with a 5mm bit (tamperproof) insert castellated lock for anti-tamper or a standard key lock, airtight tamperproof key lock and 3 way locking.
