This is our budget range of metal faced access panels suitable for both wall and ceiling installation.The panel has a 35mm deep frame and is available in either picture frame or beaded frame for tape and joint. This non-fire rated access panel is supplied with budget lock as standard but is also available with a 5mm bit (tamperproof) insert. As standard our access panels are finished polyester powder coated white RAL 9010, if you require another colour please contact our office and we will be happy to help. The panel has a hinge pin fixed to the frame and a cut out in the door tray to allow easy release out of the frame and makes the door fully removable. Our range of access panels are made from 1.2mm Zintec steel for maximum rigidity, other materials are available on request such as Stainless Steel.

The size of the structural opening needs to be 7mm larger than the inside of the frame, ie structural opening for a 0600x0600 would need to be 0607x0607.
