The Delhi Occasional Table is a work of architecture all by itself. The concept of the circle, square and triangle in a side table was first seen in Lutyens's magnificent Bois des Moutiers in Normandy. That was a truly Arts & Crafts piece whereas here, Lutyens has taken the design fully into the classical domain. The triangular base with moulded legs comprises three hoops set in squares, all beneath a circular top with three leaves that drop down the sides of the base or sit resting on the points of the triangle. A feat of Geometric design.
Please note that these product properties are not a replacement for the manufacturer's literature and it is always recommended that Lutyens Furniture & Lighting is consulted before specifying.
