Our Door Core Range includes:
» GDC - A Single sheet of 44mm or 54mm GDC
» Acoustic - Specialist Acoustic Cores rated up to 43dB
» Solid Laminated Timber - Faced with MDF for internal use

These create the door core, we then lip it on all 4 edges to compliment the facing and apply the facing to your requirements; Kraft Paper (Paint Grade), Laminate or Veneer.

Kraft Paper - Paint Grade
» Pre-primed white as standard
» Our in house paint shop can factory paint Doors in any RAL colour.

Veneered
» Our standard is Crown Cut vertical grain but we can source almost any veneer.
» Quarter Cut, Rotary Cut, Reconstituted Veneers
» Clear lacquered with a 20% sheen level.
» Our in house paint shop can factory stain the doors to match almost any shade.

Laminate
» Laminate doors have pre finished faces
» Lippings are oiled
» We can source and adhere any laminate that is available
» Our main Laminate suppliers are Formica, Polyrey, Geaves, Egger, Abet and Resopal

Vision Panels
» We supply and fit all shape and sizes of Vision Panels
» Where required vision panels can be both fire rated and acoustic.
» We use a standard Bolection Bead (Hockey Stick) but can offer Flush bead.
