Shoddy work.
A poorly made and cheap looking product that has given me endless problems. The frame is cracking and splitting after only 3 months, pieces have fallen off, even using a timber frame in 2021 shows how out of touch John Watson doors really is as most companies stopped using such a dated and flawed material decades ago. I have no faith in the door and could tell shortly after it was fitted it was going to give problems. I wouldn't even use it on an allotment shed and would warn anyone not to use John watson Doors.
