Flowseal PC Coloured - Polyurethane Sealer

Flowseal PC is a two-component flexible but abrasion resistant polyurethane floor seal.

Appearance: Available in coloured Gloss or Silk finishes. Flowseal PC is not 100% colour fast and may yellow over time. The rate of change will depend on UV light and heat levels and cannot be predicted. This does not compromise the product’s performance.

Surface Preparation: The surface to be coated must be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and loose material or any other contamination that may impair adhesion or wetting out. In coatings, there is a tendency for the finish to mirror imperfections in the substrate. For concrete substrates, grinding or light vacuum contained shot-blasting is therefore preferred over planing for these systems.

Coverage: A minimum of two coats are required. Additional coats may be required depending on the nature of the substrate and the end use. Average Substrate: 7-9 sqm per kg per coat. Porous/uneven substrates: 5-7 sqm per kg per coat.
