Gripdeck Wearcoat TG - Solvent free flexible polyurethane wear course

Gripdeck Wearcoat TG is a two-part, solvent free, flexible polyurethane wearing course formulated for easy application by squeegee, roller or brush onto an aggregate blinded surface.

Gripdeck Wearcoat TG is designed specifically for use in warmer climates to give excellent abrasion and non-slip characteristics when combined with Quartz or Gripdeck Aggregate.

Gripdeck Wearcoat TG is primarily designed for use in car parks and offers excellent chemical resistance against petrol, battery acids, diesel, brake fluids, decing salts, etc.

Packaging
Gripdeck Wearcoat TG is available in 15 kg pack size comprising Resin base and Hardener components.

Coverage
The coverage obtained will vary depending on the type and size of aggregate used. As a guide the coverage should be a minimum of 0.8 kg/m² on a Quartz Aggregate blind and 1.2 kg/m² on a Gripdeck Aggregate blind.

Storage
Store under dry warehouse conditions at a temperature between 10°C and 30°C.

Shelf Life
Gripdeck Wearcoat TG has a shelf life of 12 month in unopened, undamaged, sealed containers and stored under good conditions.
