Our wooden bi-folding doors can be designed to create both a very traditional or modern finish and are an excellent alternative to UPVC or Aluminium for those adhering to specific guidelines for listed or period properties. At Enfield Windows we make our wooden bi-folding doors from hardwood which has a long lasting resistance against warping and rot, so that they retain their quality for years. Bi-folding doors can be made from soft wood but this should be particularly avoided for use on external doors.

Door panel sizes
Design choices extend to several panels, which are typically 750mm wide. The door panels can be configured to push back one-way or to opposing sides. Often, a Single hinged door is placed within bi-folds for convenience.
