WILDFLOWER PLANTED

Wildflower plug-planted systems use young plant material (small seedling plugs) planted at a density of 20-25 plants/sqm. Broad ranges of wildflower species are available to maximize the diversity of the system and provide floristic interest both for aesthetical and ecological reasons. These types of roofs are immature and will therefore take around 12 months to establish with the correct maintenance (see maintenance section).
