Linear open

The linear open ceiling system consists of solid wooden slats (strips) which are invisibly suspended using a fixed module on a purpose-built innovative suspension system of carriers and clips. This suspension is on the rear of the system and is invisible. A joint is created between the slats and it is filled with acoustic non woven tissue. Black is the standard colour, but white and grey are available as options. The non woven tissue is attached to the slats in the factory and the result is that the sides of the slats remain fully visible. The linear open ceiling system is ideally suited for spaces subject to acoustic requirements.
Derako works exclusively with solid wood. Each type of wood has it´s own natural characteristics such as colour, grain, structure, knots and size tolerance.
