Armashield provide a range of specialist speed doors for applications where more standard products do not provide a satisfactory solution. For example to maintain temperature control in freezer stores; provide security; or in areas with low headroom.
The Rapidor Freeze rapid self-repairing door is a unique solution for high-usage doorways into coldrooms and freezers. The door features a double curtain design which helps provide insulation to maintain optimum temperatures.
The door features heating elements and a warm air blower between the Curtains to prevent icing up. The curtain is complete with the zipper self-repairing system and soft bottom edge to prevent costly door damage from forklifts. The doors have a double curtain to improve temperature control and help prevent infiltration; protecting your environment against: heat gain, air currents, temperature, humidity and dust. The high speed operation of up to 1500mm/second helps you maximize productivity moving through the doorways.
The Rapidor Dupli rapid self-repairing door is a unique solution for applications where doorways are in high usage but insulation and security are also required.
This door combines a self-repairing rapid door with an insulated roller shutter in the same frame. The rapid door can be used for regular through traffic and due to the innovative zipper self-repairing system the curtain is automatically reinserted in the event of a collision. The high speed operation of up to 2000mm/second helps you maximize productivity moving around your premises. Out of hours and at quieter times the insulated roller shutter can be used to help save energy costs and provide security. Safety edges and photo cells combine with a soft bottom edge to ensure operator safety at all times.
Bi-parting speed doors provide very fast opening speeds of up to 3000mm/second and have the added benefit of improved visibility for forklift drivers. Suitable for both interior and exterior use, they also feature an anti-crash system to minimise damage in the even of impact.
These doors are also useful for areas with very low headroom. As standard the door frame is constructed from galvanized steel, however they can also be manufactured from Stainless Steel for the food processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Please note that these product properties are not a replacement for the manufacturer's literature and it is always recommended that Armashield LLP is consulted before specifying.
