Our GLV-INS100 model of insulated roller shutter offers higher security, faster action, greater protection against gale force winds, considerably reduces heat loss and noise pollution, improves efficiency and reduces energy costs when compared against its standard Steel alternative. It is proven to be more reliable, safer and stronger than a sectional door and requires less maintenance. It is the perfect solution for all modern buildings.
The GLV-INS100 insulated door is constructed using a double skin steel lath with insulated infill, these are held together using nylon end locks and can be wind locked in exposed areas. A wide range of colour options are available as well as polyester powder coating. Because it is made in “two halves” this shutter can be powder coated a different colour on the inside to the outside.
They can be activated in a great number of ways to ideally suit the customer’s specific requirements.
Finally, this shutter can be upgraded to security level LPS1175 SR3 or SR4 if required at a surcharge.
