Folding Speed Doors

Armashield's range of Thermashield HS Fold high-speed doors offer a great solution for larger and external applications. High speed doors are a great way to help minimise energy loss through openings which are used frequently, helping to cut down costs associated with energy wastage and also helping to lessen the environmental impact. The high-speed of these doors also helps to greatly improve workplace productivity.

The Door Frames are available free-standing and self-supporting and the head box and side guides can be constructed from galvanized Steel guides complete with rubber seal on each side to protect the curtain whilst operating. Fast-action doors are constructed from tough PVC-coated fabric in a range of colours and with the option of transparent Vision Panels to a variety of sizes. Folding speed doors are complete with wind bars, making them ideal for exposed applications, the doos can be provided with a wind class up to Class 4.

Thermashield HS speed doors also come with a wide variety of safety features such as photo beams and safety edges and comply with European standards and regulations. The doors can be operated by a variety of methods including: radar sensor, induction loop, remote control or push button and they can be interlocked to suit specific requirements.

Thermashield HS Fold doors offer quiet and reliable operation and are available with opening speeds of up to 1 metres/second. The standard range of doors can be manufactured up to 20 metres wide and 10 metres high; however the mega-size doors can be made to suit openings as large as 35 metres x 30 metres!
