Insulated Industrial 'W' Type 40mm

Insulation: High density, self-extinguishing CFC-free Polyurethane foam.
Inner and outer skins: Pre-painted galvanised Steel.
Coating: 25 um Polyester or 200 um Plastisol.
Internal and External faces Stucco embossed (Smooth Leathergrain External face for Plastisol).
A PVC sealing tape is applied during production to the panel nose.
Female side incorporates a factory applied low density compressible foam seal, for air and water tightness (Both Class 3 as per EN 13241-1).
Both sides protected with adhesive polythene film (to be removed before installation).
