Open Spring Vibration Isolators
Acrefine AVI-B type vibration isolators are designed to minimize vibration and noise transmission from floor mounted equipment. The isolator has a load-carrying plate with rod for easy installation of equipment. AVI-B type has a bottom plate with two fixing holes to secure the spring isolator to the structure. Rubber pad is installed under the bottom plate.
Vibration isolation is achieved by free standing laterally-stable Steel springs. Springs are designed with 50% overload capacity and the lateral spring stiffness is greater than the vertical stiffness to assure seismic stability. All springs are colour coded for easy identification.
