Stylite Clayfill & Clayfill Pile Collars

Stylite Clayfill Boards are manufactured from low-density, highly compressible Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and used to protect concrete foundations against lateral ground heave. Clayfill is installed on the vertical inside face of piled Ground Beams or deep trench fill foundations to reduce the pressure exerted on them by expansion of clay soils (clay heave) during the life of the structure.

Stylite Clayfill Pile Collars are also available to fit securely around piles to provide a square edge for the Clayfill Boards to be butted against. They are manufactured to suit the width of the ground beam and the thickness of Clayfill Board being used on the same project. The void within the Pile Collar is designed to suit the diameter of the pile, with each pile collar made in two segments to allow quick and easy installation.

Clayfill Boards and Pile Collars are coloured orange for easy identification on site, and available in a wide range of sizes and thicknesses.
