Sacrificial Guide Wall Formers

Sacrificial Guide Wall Formers are used to accurately form an in-situ concrete guide wall which is critical in the positioning and alignment of piles in a contiguous or secant piled wall. From a customer s pile layout plan Cordek will produce a drawing detailing the size, shape and position of each former. After customer approval of the layout drawing each former is CNC cut from a solid block of Filcor EPS (Expanded Polystyrene).
