One of the biggest challenges for plasterers is dealing with the multitude of backgrounds on to which Plaster must be applied, particularly when re-skimming old, previously plastered Walls. Using Sovereign Plasprime® negates the need to refit using dry lining systems or by removing existing plaster.

Sovereign PLASPRIME® is a newly developed GREEN primer for the plastering professional. It is green in colour but more importantly the product is environmentally friendly as it contains around 20% of Recycled Material. PLASPRIME® can be used on virtually any surface to provide the perfect preparation to which plaster and render is to be applied.

PLASPRIME® is particularly useful when re-skimming old walls. In such circumstances the walls can be of various materials and surface finish such as old paint or wallpaper paste residues. Further, it is often the case that part of a wall may be porous and others completely sealed. Using PLASPRIME® deals with all these problems and gives uniform drying, making finishing much quicker and easier.
