2 section Aluminium value loft ladder to be used with exisiting drop down hatches.
A light and flexible solution ideal for any domestic setting.
Ladder is 325mm wide and treads are 50mm deep.
Light frequency use ladder
Simple pivot arm for ease of operation
Operating pole, door catch and hinges all included
Plastic Slides as standard allows for a quiet operation
Simple height adjustment allows ladder to suit floor to floor heights from 1450mm to 2600mm.
Full, simple to follow fitting instructions
Ladder and Handrails sold seperately (see table below)
Safe working dead load weight of 100kg
