Columbus Piccolo Premium Aluminium Concertina Loft Ladder

Utilising the slim line design of the Piccolo, with the added benefit of counterbalanced spring operation, the Piccolo Premium is a hybrid of both performance and flexibility. From the makers of the DSC & Junior, the Piccolo Premium offers heavy duty loft access at a very reasonable price.

Available in 4 Standard sizes to suit a floor to lower mounting point up to 3150mm (See Piccolo Premium Information Chart below).
Unit is ready to fit straight into your existing opening or directly to a masonry.
The Piccolo Premium concertina loft ladder is made of aluminium alloy.
Uses a counterbalanced spring operation to allow control over the unit's ascent and descent.
Designed to suit a minimum opening size of 580 x 420mm (dependent on Model choice - See Piccolo Premium Information Chart for more info).
Stores completely within your loft opening.
Tread width: 330mm.
Tread depth: 80mm.
Comes supplied with a Timber backboard measuring 380mm (W) x 120mm (H), ready to be fixed onto joist material just above the trapdoor hinges.

Optional Metal Loft Exit Grab Rails measure 900mm high, 600mm wide (see 'More Views' images).
