The Classic Twinsafe

The Classic Twinsafe loft ladder is available either as a 3 part folding or 2 part sliding wooden ladder. It is 30 minute fire resistant tested to DIN 4102 Part 2 and manufactured to EN 14975 (DN 4570). The load bearing per tread is 150 kgs.
The treads themselves are 360 mm wide and 78 mm deep and have loft ladder which has a non slip profile. A handrail is ready fitted as standard. The hatchbox is constructed from
16mm thick chipboard and the trapdoor is 46 mm thick with a white/grey finish Promatect board to the underside and upper surface. The insulation U value of the trapdoor is 0.8W/m2K.
