Dolle Profi Folding Loft Ladder

A Pine, 3-section folding attic ladder with Beech treads.
No headroom or storage space needed in the loft as ladder stores completely on hatch.
Nice finish with white-faced trapdoor and white primed casing.
Supplied with plastic architraves for extra finish.
Available in two opening sizes; (1200mm x 700mm) & (1400mm x 700mm).
Draught excluder contained in casing and trapdoor with 70mm
insulation prevents loss of heat.
Air sealing: Class 4 tested at IFT Rosenhelm according to EN 12207.
Sturdy spring counter balance system for Smooth and effortless operation.
Ladder width 400mm.
Will suit opening size; 1200mm x 700mm.
Treads 80mm deep with anti-slip grooves.
Plastic Feet provided for extra security.
