Requires minimal headroom and storage space (see diagram).
Supplied complete with white faced hatch plus lining and ladder for quick and easy installation.
Includes Plastic architraves and operating pole.
Spring counterbalanced operating system provides a Smooth and effortless action.
Rebated casing with draught excluder giving a class 4 air seal.
30mm of insulation in loft hatch to prevent heat loss.
White faced trap door with consealed hinges.
Dim. I - Max 740mm storage height required.
Dim. J - 282mm storage length required.
Dim. E - casing sizes are nominally 20/25mm less in width and length then structural opening.
Ladder made from pine and 400mm wide.
69mm deep Non-slip treads for extra security.
Tested and certified to EN 14975 (European Ladder Standard).
