The Sashed storm proof casement (Lipped) windows are manufactured with the opening window overlapping the frame to give excellent performance and weather ratings. The outward opening storm proof casement is the most frequently chosen wooden window design in the UK. The profile reflects a proven ability to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions. Internally glazed with a modern concealed four point locking system, the design provides high security features compliant with Secured by Design criteria. If required, we can also make your Casement Windows conform to listed building and conservation area requirements, using a combination of our flush or storm proof profiles, discrete double glazing, and/or traditional Single glazing & putty. Check out our conservation windows here.
