X-Treme X-Posure Smooth

A superior durable, Smooth masonry paint which provides the best possible protection against weather exposure, for the long term. Suitable for use on most exterior masonry surfaces and exterior grade building boards, this moisture vapour permeable coating system provides excellent opacity, protection and weather resistance. Awarded a British Board of Agr_ment Certificate for up to 15 years durability.

Preparation:
- Sandtex Trade Fungicide - Use where organic growth removed from previously decorated surfaces.
- Sandtex Trade Ready Mixed or Exterior Easiplast - Crack filling and small defects in masonry surfaces.
- Sandtex Stabilising Solution - to stabilise chalking decorative finishes and to control suction on undecorated surfaces.
