High Build

High Build is an advanced decorative and protective coating ideal for the renovation of uneven and irregular surfaces. It has in-built flexibility to compensate for normal building movement and can be used on most exterior (not textured) masonry surfaces and exterior grade building boards. A variety of textured finishes can be achieved using various application rollers.

Properties:
- BBA Certified.
- Up to 15 years proven durability.
- Extremely flexible.
- Medium to heavy textured finish.

Preparation:
- Sandtex Trade Fungicide - Use where organic growth removed from previously decorated surfaces.
- Sandtex Trade Ready Mixed or Exterior Easiplast - Crack filling and small defects in masonry surfaces.
- Sandtex Stabilising Solution - to stabilise chalking decorative finishes and to control suction on undecorated surfaces.
