Fine Textured Matt is a water-borne, premium quality, finely textured protective and decorative finish for use on most exterior masonry surfaces and exterior grade building boards.
Properties:
- BBA Certified
- Up to 15 years proven durability.
- Anti Carbonation coating system for concrete protection.
- Moisture Vapour Permeable.
- Resists formation of organic growths.
- Excellent opacity.
Preparation:
- Sandtex Trade Fungicide - Use where organic growth removed from previously decorated surfaces.
- Sandtex Trade Ready Mixed or Exterior Easiplast - Crack filling and small defects in masonry surfaces.
- Sandtex Stabilising Solution - to stabilise chalking decorative finishes and to control suction on undecorated surfaces.
