Dirt Repellent

A clear protective surface water-borne treatment which minimizes dirt retention on fine, medium and heavy textured masonry coatings. The hydrophilic properties induce rainwater to disperse evenly over the surface avoiding the formation of drops and subsequent dirt carrying runs. Will give extra protection against the future formation of organic growth.
Preparation:
- None required.
- Applied directly over the masonry paint finish/topcoat.
- Do NOT apply over Sandtex Classic Stone Gloss.
