A latex copolymer resin ad mix to be added to RENO PREP RENDER when used as a priming coat to stabilise friable,
flaking and uneven painted and rendered surfaces.
Summer conditions 24 - 48 hours, winter conditions up to 7 days.
PLEASE NOTE - RENO BOND is only added to make the stabilising primer mix. It is not to be added when using RENO PREP RENDER as a 2 coat render
Do not use in temperatures below 5°C.

PRIMER KIT MIXING AND APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Application use
To stabilise surfaces of Walls and floors, which suffer from acid, alkali attack and where the surface to be coated is pitted eroded or previously painted.
Suitable surfaces
Painted brick, concrete, render, tyrolean and friable surfaces.
The covering power of the Primer Kit, also perfect for filling in hairline and large cracks. If there is deep scaring it may be necessary to coat those areas twice
The mix was applied to stabilise and even up the exposed surface taking care to feather in the edges so when
coated will give a uniform finish.
Wall showing water ingress and acid and alkali attack. Resulting in algae growing.
RENO ANTICIDE was applied prior to the priming coat of RENO BOND/RENO PREP primer mix. Note: left hand wall did not need to be primed.
Renotex ROLLERCOAT Smooth was applied by roller in 2 coats, waterlily colour.
The whole of the left hand wall was also coated to match the primed areas and give a weatherproof, uniform finish.
After cleaning the surface, mask windows and doors
Brush onto window and Door Frames to form a seal.
If the area is uneven apply a second coat.
Building prepared, ready to be masked and Rollercoat applied.
Building masked ready for 2 coats of Rollercoat.
Final Application of 2 coats of Rollercoat.
Easy to mix and easy to apply.
Increased resistance to water penetration.
Keeps alkali and acids under control by creating a barrier between the substrate and the Renotex ROLLERCOAT.
Can be used as a spot primer to stabilise surfaces.
Superior adhesive qualities allowing the stabilised area to be rendered over if required before the application
of Renotex ROLLERCOAT.
